What to expect when you work with us

Click the Hire Now button, schedule a meeting with us, and tell us about the job you're looking to fill.

We begin our talent search for your role. We'll interview & vet until we find 3 candidates that are well suited for your job.

Once we're confident we've found 3 great candidates, we'll present them to you & help you schedule interviews with the candidates.

Upon successful placement of a great individual, you pay us our fee of 15% of the assumed first year's salary for the candidate. (We offer a 60 day guarantee as well.)
