Chris's first business starts outsourcing to overseas talent
Chris's first business was an computer and phone part repair service. Chris focused on the US operations while virtual assistants assisted customers in the Philippines, India, and Bangladesh.
Using overseas workers for various small businesses
From 2015 to 2022, Chris started several small businesses, some generating millions in revenue. Along the way, he used overseas workers for executive assistant work, customer service, sales support, and graphic design. Here, he began building a network of reputable, accredited, and trustworthy people.
The idea for Hailey is born!
Chris comes up with Hailey: the first specialized headhunting service for small businesses. He hires Chloe to join his team and together they set on a mission to help entrepreneurs like themselves hire amazing remote employees!
